What Is in This Range
11 designs, 9 from Morson and 2 from Exotica. Most are 600x1200mm (2x4 foot), with one 300x300mm design for a smaller repeat. Every design in the range is matt, and the material is vitrified in most cases with one ceramic.
Why Everything Here Is Matt
This is not a stylistic preference, it is the weather. A balcony wall gets rain blown onto it, direct sun for part of the day and dust the rest of the year. A gloss glaze outdoors shows every water mark and dulls faster under UV and grit. Matt holds its appearance far better and hides the dust that settles on any outdoor surface in Bengaluru.
The same logic runs through the rest of our outdoor range. Our balcony floor tiles carry no glossy designs at all, for the more serious reason that a wet glossy floor outdoors is a fall waiting to happen. How to Use a Highlighter on a Balcony
One wall, not all of them
A highlighter earns its name by being the only one. Pick the wall you look at from inside the room, usually the one facing the door, and keep the others plain or painted.
Think about the view from indoors
Most balconies are seen more often through the door from the sofa than from standing on them. Check how the wall reads from inside, in daylight and with the indoor lights on at night.
Allow for the railing
Measure the wall height you will actually tile, which is usually floor to ceiling on the solid wall, and remember the railing and any drying line will sit in front of part of it.

An outdoor tile chosen under showroom lighting frequently looks like a different colour on the balcony, and daylight is the only fair test.
