These terms apply when you use myhomestudio.co or place an order or enquiry through it. My Home Studio is a
tiles, sanitary ware, faucet and hardware showroom at No. 17, 12th A Main Rd, BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560029.
By placing an order you agree to these terms, our shipping and delivery
policy, our returns and cancellation policy and our
privacy policy.
How ordering works
- Placing an order on the website is a request to buy. No payment is taken online.
- Our team calls you within 24 hours to confirm stock, the final price, delivery charges and how you will pay.
- Your order is confirmed only after that call, once the price, delivery and payment are agreed.
- We may decline or cancel an order before it is confirmed, for example if an item is out of stock, the
delivery address is outside our direct-delivery area, or a price shown on the site is wrong. If that
happens we tell you, and nothing is charged.
Prices
- Prices are in Indian rupees. The total shown on the website is an estimate based on current prices;
the final amount is the one confirmed on the call.
- Tiles are supplied in whole boxes, so quantities are rounded up to full boxes.
- Delivery, unloading and installation, where needed, are not included in the website price and are
confirmed on the call.
- Products marked "Price on request" are quoted by our team.
Product information
- We show each product as accurately as we can, but colours and textures on a screen can differ from the
real product. Visit the showroom or ask for a sample if the exact shade matters.
- Tiles and ceramics can vary slightly in colour and texture between production batches, so order the
full quantity you need together.
- Product details and specifications come from the brands and may change without notice.
Delivery, returns and complaints
Where we deliver, and how delivery charges and dates are agreed, is explained in our
shipping and delivery policy. Products cannot be exchanged or
returned; cancellations, transit breakage and complaints are covered in our
returns and cancellation policy.
Your account
- Please give correct details and keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for orders placed
through your account.
- We may suspend an account that is used to misuse the site or place false orders.
Use of the website
The content, photos and design of this website belong to My Home Studio or to the brands that supplied them.
Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown because we stock their products. Please do not
copy or reuse website content without our permission, or use the site in a way that could harm it.
Our responsibility
We are responsible for supplying the products we confirm to you. We are not responsible for installation done
by others, or for losses that could not reasonably have been expected. Nothing in these terms limits your
rights as a consumer under Indian law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version on this page when you place an order applies to that order. These
terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Bengaluru.
