What Is in This Range
46 designs, 39 of them from Morson. The formats run 600x1200mm (2x4 foot) for the larger share, with a group in 600x600mm (2x2 foot) where a squarer repeat suits the pattern better. The material is vitrified throughout.
Almost every design here is matt. That is deliberate rather than accidental: a patterned floor already asks a lot of the eye, and a gloss finish on top of a strong repeat makes a room feel busy and shows every footmark across it. Matt keeps the pattern readable and the floor calm.

How to Use a Patterned Floor Well
Decide the scale against the room
A large repeat needs floor area to read properly. In a small hall it gets cut off at every edge and the pattern never resolves. In a larger living room the same design settles and looks deliberate. Bring your room dimensions and we will tell you how the repeat will land.
Keep the walls quiet
A geometrical floor works best against plain walls and plain skirting. If you want a feature wall as well, put it on one wall only and keep it in the same colour family.
Plan the layout before you buy
Patterned tiles are less forgiving of a badly planned setting out than plain ones, because a cut through the middle of a motif is obvious. Decide where the full tiles start and allow fifteen per cent for cuts rather than ten.

The same geometrical approach for a kitchen floor is under Kitchen Floor Tiles. Our guides to hall floor tile design and choosing a living room tile colour are worth reading before you decide.
Quantities
Work out the floor area, add fifteen per cent for a patterned layout, then divide by the coverage of one box. A 600x1200mm tile covers about 7.75 square feet and usually comes two to a box. The calculator on each product page does this for the specific design, and our guide to how many tiles you need explains the rest.
See Them in Bengaluru
No 17, 12th A Main Road, BTM 1st Stage, Bengaluru 560029, Monday to Saturday, 9:00am to 7:30pm, and Sunday, 9:30am to 1:30pm. Patterned floors are the ones most worth seeing in person, because a repeat reads completely differently across several tiles than it does in a single photograph. Tell us which designs interest you and we will have them laid out.
