Shipping and delivery policy

This explains where we deliver, how delivery charges and dates are agreed, and what to check when your order arrives. It applies to orders placed on myhomestudio.co.

Where we deliver directly

We take direct orders for delivery in and around:

Bangalore, Bidadi, Channapatna, Chennai, Chikkaballapur, Chikmagalur, Coimbatore, Davanagere, Dharmapuri, Erode, Goa, Hassan, Hosur, Hubli-Dharwad, Hyderabad and Secunderabad, Kochi, Kushalnagar, Maddur, Madikeri, Mandya, Mumbai, Mysore, Pune, Ramanagara, Sakleshpur, Salem, Shivamogga, Tumkur, Udupi and Manipal, Virajpet.

Enter your pincode at checkout to see whether we deliver there directly. For anywhere else in India, send us an enquiry, WhatsApp or call: we supply across India and will arrange transport with you.

Delivery charges

Delivery is not included in the prices on the website. The charge depends on the quantity, the distance and access at the site, and our team confirms it on the call after you order, before you pay anything.

Delivery date

We agree a delivery date with you on the confirmation call, based on stock. Items that are not in stock, or are ordered in from the brand, can take longer; we will tell you the expected time before you confirm.

At the delivery address

Please tell us about floor and lift access, narrow roads or restricted entry times when you order (there is a notes box at checkout). Any extra charge for unloading or carrying to upper floors is confirmed on the call.
Someone should be available to receive the order. If a delivery cannot be completed, we will arrange a new date with you.

When your order arrives

Check the number of boxes and their condition before the delivery team leaves.
As per company standard, 1–2% breakage can happen during transit and handling of tiles and ceramics. If you find more damage than that, tell us on the day of delivery, with photos.
Check the material before installation; complaints after installation cannot be accepted. See our returns and cancellation policy.
