• We recommend maintaining a minimum 2mm spacer between tiles for proper installation.
• Epoxy grout is recommended for better durability and finish.

• We recommend to inspect the tiles before installation. If any complaints regarding color /quality and other issues need to bring it to the company's notice before installation.
• Once tiles are installed no complaints will be entertained.
• The batch variation in tiles can be attributed to the inherent nature of ceramics.

• To minimize the impact of batch variations, we advise you to purchase enough tiles from the same batch and inspect them before installation .
